ASFE Saúde (Associação de Socorros da Freguesia da Encarnação) is an IPSS established in May 1987 and headquartered in Encarnação, Municipality of Mafra.

Until 2007 ASFE Saúde was mainly dedicated to the provision of services in the area of patient transport, it was from November of that year, with the completion of the construction of the São Domingos Residência space, that it expanded its services in the health and social area, with the creation of the Continued Care Units and the Senior Residence.

The Senior Residence is composed of modern spaces that include, in addition to the rooms, spaces dedicated to specialized rehabilitation care (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Psychomotricity) and places for Socio-cultural Animation.
